How to install your Exokit cupboard doors?

Step 1:

Manually push the hinges into the designated slots on the doors until they are secure.

Step 2:

Identify the height for the hinges by holding the door, with its hinges in place, against the side panel of the cabinet.

Screw in the hinge base, always pointing the arrow towards the inside of the vehicle.

Step 3:

Connect the hinge to its base.

Place the hinge onto its base, starting with the front part of the cabinet, as close to the arrow as possible. Then press on the back part to secure the fastening.

Step 4:

Secure the opening and closing mechanism.

Using our marking tool, position the catch where it feels most natural to press to open the door.

Once screwed in, press the catch to put it in the closed position and place the female part on top with double-sided adhesive on the back face.

Close the door and, if necessary, reposition the female part so that it does not protrude from the door, then screw it in with a 16mm dome-head screw.
