Made from all-birch plywood, 100% PEFC certified: The best quality-to-weight ratio! Forget about chipboard or poplar plywood, which don't hold up well over time. In addition to being naturally beautiful, birch offers the best performance in terms of screw pull-out resistance, flexion, compression, and impact.

Our specific finish, based on linseed oil and natural materials (solvent-free, VOC-free, and A+ rated for air quality: tested according to toy standard EN 71-3), durably protects the wood even against water splashes!

Your vehicle can, of course, be certified with our kits, which are designed and manufactured according to best practices. For example, we install an automatic mechanical lock on drawers and cupboards by default (see respective technical sheets) to prevent them from opening on bends.

Good to know: In addition to the rules regarding furniture, successful certification requires adherence to certain (common sense and safety!) rules, the most important of which are:

• Presence of high and low ventilation sized according to the vehicle's surface area
• Compliance of the gas installation
• Quality of the electrical installation (choice and sizing of equipment and safety devices)

It is absolutely essential to have at least storage, a table, a cooking system, and a bed, all of which cannot be dismantled without tools. If any of these elements can be dismantled without tools, such as a portable stove, certification will neither be mandatory nor even possible.

Upon request, we will provide you with a scale plan for the certification file.

Jigsaw, router, laser level... are these tools unfamiliar to you? That's good news, because you won't need them! Unlike most kits found online, Exokit furniture perfectly adapts to the shape of your vehicle.

A simple screwdriver or power drill will be enough to fully assemble our kits with the special bit provided! In just a few tens of minutes, assemble and install our furniture in your vehicle. Watch our video tutorial to see for yourself!

The benches are supplied with inserts to be screwed into a wooden floor, as well as wing nuts for easy installation and removal. This allows you to free up three-quarters of the vehicle's rear space and load a motorcycle, a sofa, or other items.

The side cabinets, on the other hand, are supplied with wood screws for fastening them to a wooden floor, as well as self-drilling screws for fastening them to the bodywork reinforcements at mid-height of the vehicle. This type of fastening is not ideal for regularly removing and installing the cabinet.

However, you can opt for a system of crimp inserts in the bodywork and also use wing nuts here. Be careful, as with all furniture, the more you move them, the more you risk creating play in the joints and weakening the whole structure.

Our modular furniture for vans is divided into 40cm columns, which corresponds to the difference between short and long wheel-base vehicles. So, depending on the size of your vehicle, we add or remove a furniture column.

Then, to fill the gaps between the 40cm columns and your van's openings, we create rounded storage pockets whenever possible, which are also part of our signature design.

Please note, the interior width of the columns is 38.5cm.

Our left-hand side furniture is compatible with approved 120cm benches (mechanism included). This is also the size of our click-clack benches.

Please note that depending on the brand, you may need to opt for a specific size. For example, for Schnierle SL3 benches, you will need to choose the 114cm bench (which is 120cm with the mechanism) and not the 120cm one.
