Starting with an empty utility van, Rafaël designed a warm, functional van tailored for travel, integrating Exokit furniture perfectly suited to the Trafic L2H1.

The Trafic L2H1 offers a good compromise between interior volume and ease of driving. This format allows for:

installing a 140cm surf clic-clac bench seat,

Complete Armaflex insulation: thermal and acoustic comfort

Before any furniture installation, Passion Campervan carried out a full insulation of the vehicle.
The entire body was insulated with 19 mm Armaflex, a material renowned for its thermal and acoustic performance.

This insulation allows for:

limiting temperature fluctuations,
reducing exterior noise,
improving living comfort on board,
traveling more serenely in all seasons.

An essential foundation for a durable and pleasant-to-use converted van.

Interior plywood panelling for Renault Trafic 3 L2H1

Once the insulation was complete, Rafaël carried out the full panelling of the Renault Trafic:

side panels,
doors,
floor with appropriate covering.

The entire interior is panelled with 5 mm okoumé plywood, a light, resistant material perfectly suited for van conversions.
This choice creates a warm and natural atmosphere, while maintaining a controlled weight, essential for this type of vehicle.

140 cm surf clic-clac bench seat: a truly comfortable bed

Generous width for enhanced comfort

The van is equipped with a 140 cm wide Exokit surf clic-clac bench seat.
This dimension offers:

a spacious sleeping area,
excellent comfort for two adults,
quick transformation between lounge and bed.

The surf version is particularly appreciated for its ease of use and ergonomics.

A solution adapted to the Trafic L2H1

In a Renault Trafic L2H1, this bench seat naturally finds its place without blocking volumes. It allows for maintaining a pleasant living space while offering a real sleeping area for nights in the van.

Rafaël also installed an Exokit transverse unit, positioned behind the driver and passenger seats, along the bulkhead.

The furniture was oiled in a "hint of white" shade, providing:

To improve onboard comfort, Passion Campervan installed sliding side windows.
They allow for:

Exterior equipment: awning and Fiamma bike rack

This conversion is complemented by practical and renowned exterior equipment:

A Fiamma bike rack was installed on the rear doors of the Trafic.
