High Resilience foam 35 kg/m³, removable covers, Teflon stain-resistant upholstery fabric, OEKOTEX Standard 100 certified, 4 colors available.
10 cm thick + 1 cm wadding for maximum comfort in lounge or sleeping position.

Delivery times

Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.

Maintenance

Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

Cushions perfectly adapted to the PSA XL crew cab bench

These Exokit cushions have been designed to complement the crew cab bench kit for the Citroën Jumpy XL (K0) and its equivalents Peugeot Expert, Toyota ProAce, Opel Vivaro and Fiat Scudo. Their size corresponds exactly to the U-shaped configuration of the kit, allowing for comfortable seating and a uniform sleeping surface when laid flat.

Premium comfort thanks to High Resilience foam

Each cushion is made of HR 35 kg/m³ foam 10 cm thick, comparable to foams used in high-end bedding and quality sofas. An additional layer of 1 cm wadding provides a softer touch while maintaining firm and durable support.

Removable, washable, and OEKOTEX certified covers

The fabric used is a 100% polyester upholstery fabric 260 g/m² with Teflon stain-resistant treatment. It is pleasant to the touch, slightly mottled, and resistant to spills and intensive use.

The covers are completely removable and machine washable, for simple maintenance even when traveling.
The textile is OEKOTEX Standard 100 certified, guaranteeing the absence of harmful substances.

Dimensions & formats

The cushions are cut to the exact size of the crew cab kit (left, right, and transversal chests). Custom manufacturing in our workshop for perfect compatibility.
