Jumpy XL K0 Linings: the long format

The Jumpy XL (L3H1) is the long version of the K0 platform. Its side walls are more extended than on the Jumpy M, this kit covers the entire cargo area in L3: front upper, front lower and rear panels on each side, plus the rear door area.

5 mm poplar on long format

On the L3 format, the total surface area of walls to be lined is significantly larger. 5 mm poplar retains its lightness regardless of the length of the panels — an advantage on K0 vehicles already heavily loaded with equipment. Dimensionally stable, it does not warp with the usual humidity variations of a utility vehicle.

Options and compatibility

The same configuration options apply: 1 or 2-sided sliding door, tailgate or double door. Compatible with the long versions of the Peugeot Expert 3, Toyota Proace, Opel Vivaro 3 and Fiat Scudo.

Technical questions

Is this kit compatible with the Jumpy M (short version)? No — the L2H1 and L3H1 templates differ in panel length. Two distinct products.

Can foam be installed before the linings? Yes — a layer of acoustic or thermal foam between the sheet metal and the poplar improves insulation; allow for corresponding space (typically 5–10 mm).
