Lining kit for Ford Transit Custom L2H1 MK1 crew cab version: left + right side panels of the cab area in 5 mm poplar plywood. Raw or oiled finish. Fixings not included.
Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

FTC MK1 Cabin Linings: The Area Between Cabin and Cargo
The extended cab of the Transit Custom MK1 L2H1 has a specific wall configuration between the cabin and the cargo compartment. This kit covers the side walls of this cabin area with cutouts adapted to the MK1: partition pillars, panel shapes specific to this generation.
5 mm Poplar for MK1 Cabin Area
The cabin area of the FTC MK1 is often used as a mobile workspace. The 5 mm poplar provides a clean surface for attaching light equipment (secondary dashboards, storage), while preserving usable space thanks to its small footprint.
Technical Questions
Is this kit compatible with the MK2 cab? No – the MK1 and MK2 cab versions have different dimensions.
Can this kit be combined with the MK1 L2H1 cargo linings? Yes – the cargo and cabin areas are distinct, and both kits can be installed together for full lining.
