Lining kit for Ford Transit Custom L2H1 MK2 extended cab version: left + right cab area panels in 5mm poplar plywood. Raw or oiled finish. Fixings not included.
Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

FTC MK2 Cabin Linings: New Generation, Redesigned Cabin Area
The Transit Custom MK2 in L2H1 crew cab version features a redesigned cabin area compared to the MK1. This kit is cut to the MK2 cabin template – it is not compatible with the MK1 cabin version. It covers the side walls of the transition area between the passenger compartment and the cargo area.
5 mm Poplar MK2
5 mm poplar remains the material of choice, including on the MK2: lightweight, stable, and adaptable to the new cuts of the cabin area of the new generation Transit Custom. The raw surface accepts all finishing treatments.
Technical Questions
Is this kit compatible with the MK1 cabin? No – the MK1 and MK2 cabin templates differ, even in L2H1.
Can the MK2 L2H1 cargo linings be installed in addition? Yes – the two kits cover distinct areas and are compatible for a full vehicle lining.
