Trafic 3 L1H1 Linings: covering bare sheet metal

The Trafic 3 L1H1 has a cargo area with raw metal walls, including ribs, wheel arches, and door pillars. This lining kit is cut to the exact template of the L1H1 to cover the entire usable surface: left and right walls (front top, front bottom, rear parts) and rear door area lining.

5 mm Poplar: lightness and mounting surface

5 mm poplar plywood is the standard material for utility vehicle linings: light (less payload sacrificed), dimensionally stable, and rigid enough to attach sleeves, hooks, rails, or shelves. Its smooth surface accepts paint, felt, or glued covering.

Configuration options

The kit adapts to your Trafic's configuration: with or without a sliding side door on the right side, with a tailgate or double rear door. Each option affects the cut of the corresponding wall – please specify your configuration when ordering.

Raw or oiled finish

The raw finish is ideal if you want to stain or paint yourself. The oiled finish provides surface protection and a natural wood color, ready to use.

Technical questions

How to fix the linings? Fixings are not included: wood screws on the body ribs or pop rivets depending on the configuration. Provide large washers if screwing directly into the sheet metal.

Does the kit cover the wheel arch? Yes – the cutouts around the wheel arches are integrated into the template.
