In-depth cab lining pack for Ford Transit Custom L2H1 MK2: 9mm birch floor, 5mm poplar ceiling, and cab area linings — in one order. Optional 20mm extruded polystyrene insulation. Unfinished or oiled finish.
Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

FTC MK2 L2H1 Crew Cab Pack: New Generation, Complete Cab Area
The Transit Custom MK2 L2H1 in crew cab version features a reconfigured transition area compared to the MK1. This pack is cut to the MK2 cab template: 9 mm birch floor, 5 mm poplar ceiling, and 5 mm poplar side linings for the cab area — in one order.
MK2 Crew Cab Pack Contents
9 mm birch cab floor MK2 (rebate, sill linings). 5 mm poplar cab ceiling MK2 (pre-cuts adapted to the shapes of the MK2 cab area). 5 mm poplar cab side linings MK2 (recalculated cuts for the MK2).
Insulation Option
The 20 mm XPS under the MK2 cab floor improves the thermal insulation of the living or working area, particularly useful for vehicles used all year round.
Technical Questions
Is this pack compatible with the MK1 cab? No — the MK1 and MK2 crew cab templates are different, even in L2H1.
Does this pack cover the cargo area? No — it is dedicated to the cab area. The FTC MK2 L2H1 cargo pack is available separately.
