Full interior lining pack for Volkswagen Transporter T5/T6 L1H1: 9mm birch floor, 5mm poplar ceiling and 5mm poplar side linings in one order. Fully configurable: finish, side doors, rear opening and insulation option.
Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

The Volkswagen Transporter T5 and T6 L1H1 is one of the most popular vans chosen for van life conversion projects. This pack provides the three components in one order — floor, ceiling, and side linings — all cut to the T5/T6 L1H1 template, compatible with both generations whose interior dimensions are identical.
Contents of the T5/T6 L1H1 pack
9 mm birch floor (2 parts, rebate, sill liners). 5 mm poplar ceiling (2 parts with engraved pre-cuts for ceiling light, bulkhead, and cables). 5 mm poplar side linings: left, right, and rear walls, with integrated wheel arch and pillar cutouts.
Van life and T5/T6: why wood?
Birch and poplar bring visual warmth and functionality to a converted van: mounting surfaces for furniture, additional thermal insulation, and a natural finish that integrates with all interior design styles.
Options
Raw or oiled finish. 1 or 2 side doors. Tailgate or double rear doors. 20 mm extruded polystyrene option under the floor.
Technical questions
Is this pack compatible with T5 and T6? Yes — the cargo dimensions are identical between the two generations in L1H1.
Can this pack be installed with a pop-top roof? Yes — the poplar ceiling is installed against the existing structure and does not interfere with the pop-top roof mechanisms.
