Advanced cabin lining pack for Volkswagen Transporter T5/T6 L2H1: 9 mm birch floor, 5 mm poplar ceiling, and cabin area lining — in one order. Optional 20 mm extruded polystyrene insulation. Untreated or oiled finish.
Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

The T5/T6 L2H1 crew cab—often converted into a workspace, kitchenette, or dining area—deserves interior lining adapted to its use. This pack includes the three elements sized for the T5/T6 L2H1 cab: 9mm birch floor, 5mm poplar ceiling, and 5mm poplar side linings for the cab area.
Contents of the T5/T6 Cab Pack
9mm birch cab floor (rebate, sill linings). 5mm poplar cab ceiling (specific cab pre-cuts). 5mm poplar cab side linings (cuts specific to the T5/T6 cab/cargo transition area).
Insulation Option for Living Area
20mm XPS under the cab floor is recommended for camper conversions where the cab area serves as a year-round living space. Floor insulation significantly reduces heat loss in winter.
Technical Questions
Does this pack include the cargo area? No—it only covers the cab area. The T5/T6 L2H1 cargo pack is available separately.
Compatible with T5 and T6 cab versions? Yes—the interior dimensions of the cab area are identical between T5 and T6 L2H1.
