Custom floor for Volkswagen Transporter T5/T6 L2H1 crew cab version, in 9 mm birch plywood. 2 parts with interlocking rebate. Sill liners included. Optional 20 mm extruded polystyrene insulation.
Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

The Transporter L2H1 cabin area
In the extended cabin version, the Transporter L2H1 has a cabin area delimited by a bulkhead. This floor exclusively covers this area: cut to the exact template of the T5/T6 L2H1 cabin, it adapts to the specific configuration of the subfloor in this area.
9 mm birch in the cabin area
The cabin area is often where a bench, a storage box, or a resting space is installed — uses that benefit from the robustness of 9 mm birch against static and dynamic loads.
Rebate and sill liners
Same technique as the van floor: interlocking rebate for an invisible junction, sill liners included for the cabin area doors.
Extruded polystyrene option
Particularly useful in the cabin area if you live there in winter conditions — the metallic subfloor of the cabin is very exposed to external cold.
Compatibility
Compatible with T5 and T6 in L2H1 extended cabin version (same subfloor dimensions between the two generations).
Complete conversion
The cabin roof and side linings for the VW T5/T6 L2H1 cabin are available separately. The complete cabin pack includes all three elements.
