Maintenance

Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

Jumpy XL K0 linings: the long version of the common platform

The Jumpy XL (L3H1) is the long version of the K0 platform. This lining kit covers all the side walls of the cargo compartment in the L3 version: upper front, lower front, and rear panels on each side, plus the lining of the rear door area.

5 mm poplar: the right compromise for the long format

For the L3 format, the wall panels are long and must remain lightweight. 5 mm poplar is the ideal material: its lightness preserves the payload, its stability prevents deformation, and its surface accepts all treatments (paint, felt, glued coating).

Configuration and compatibility

Options: 1 or 2 side doors, tailgate or double doors. Compatible with Peugeot Expert 3, Toyota Proace, Opel Vivaro 3 and Fiat Scudo in the long L3 version.

Technical questions

Is this kit identical to the Jumpy M (L2H1)? No – the L3H1 panels are longer. Each length version has its own template.

Are the wheel arches cut out of the panels? Yes – the wheel arch cutouts are integrated into the K0 template.
