U-shaped bench kit for extended cab specially designed for the Renault Trafic III L2H1 from 2023 (2nd generation bulkhead).
U-shaped set convertible into a 178 × 158 cm bed, consisting of three removable boxes fixed to the floor by 15 mm inserts and wing nuts.
Lightweight 134 × 48 cm table with aluminum legs included.
Option: external drawer in the right box (passenger side).
Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

This version of the Exokit extended cab kit was designed to meet the changes in the Renault Trafic III L2H1 produced from 2023, particularly the appearance of the 2nd generation bulkhead. It adapts perfectly to the new interior geometries while retaining the modularity that makes Exokit layouts famous.
The unit forms a complete U-shaped lounge area, ideal for meals, work, or quiet time. In a few simple steps, the whole transforms into a wide sleeping area of 178 × 158 cm, compatible with the optional 200-TD cushions.

The kit precisely follows the wheel arch shapes and specific cab depth for 2023+ models.
U-shaped configuration: three independent storage boxes
The system is based on three complementary modules, all removable:
- Left storage box — 29.4 cm width + integrated wheel arch.
- Right storage box — 39.4 cm width + wheel arch. External drawer option available on the passenger side.
- Transverse storage box — completes the structure for the U-shaped lounge and sleeping area.
Sleeping surface 178 × 158 cm
Once the storage boxes are assembled and the cushions installed, the bench offers a spacious and uniform sleeping area, ideal for daily or nomadic use.
Lightweight table included
The kit comes with a lightweight table 134 × 48 cm accompanied by:
- 2 aluminum tubes
- 4 aluminum cups
Lightweight, stable, and easy to install, it transforms the space into a true dining area.
Simple, durable, and vibration-adapted fastening
Each storage box is securely fastened with 15 mm inserts and wing nuts. This solution allows for clean, secure, and removable assembly as needed.
Material & finish
Made of 15 mm birch plywood, the furniture combines rigidity, longevity, and lightness. It is available in:
- Raw finish (to be protected or customized)
- Oiled finish – several shades available
- Laminated finish – oak imitation, matte white, or sage green
