Complete interior lining pack for Ford Transit Custom L1H1 MK1: 9 mm birch floor, 5 mm poplar ceiling, and 5 mm poplar side linings in one order. Fully configurable: finish, side doors, rear opening, and insulation option.
Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

FTC L1H1 MK1 Pack: The First Generation Full Lining
The Ford Transit Custom MK1 L1H1 (2012–2023) is a very common compact van. This pack brings together the three components of the interior lining in one order: 9mm birch floor, 5mm poplar ceiling, and 5mm poplar side linings — all cut to the exact template of the MK1 L1H1.
Contents of the MK1 L1H1 pack
9mm birch floor (2 parts, rebate, sill liners). 5mm poplar ceiling (2 parts, engraved pre-cuts). 5mm poplar side linings: left and right walls (front top, front bottom, rear) and rear door area.
MK1 and MK1.5: same template
The 2018 restyling (MK1.5) did not change the interior dimensions of the cargo area. This pack is compatible with all production years of the MK1, from 2012 to 2023.
Options
Raw or oiled finish. 1 or 2-sided sliding door. Tailgate or double door. 20mm extruded polystyrene option under the floor.
Technical questions
Is this pack compatible with the MK2? No — the MK2 has a different interior template. Two distinct packs depending on the generation.
What order of installation? Insulation (if option) → floor → ceiling → side linings. This sequence facilitates adjustments at each stage.
