Complete interior lining kit for Ford Transit Custom L1H1 MK2: 9 mm birch floor, 5 mm poplar ceiling, and 5 mm poplar side panels in one order. Fully configurable: finish, side doors, rear opening, and insulation option.
Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

FTC L1H1 MK2 Pack: The Complete New Generation
The Transit Custom MK2 (2023+) marks an evolution of the platform compared to the MK1. This pack is cut to the MK2 L1H1 template — not interchangeable with the MK1. It combines a 9mm birch floor, 5mm poplar ceiling, and 5mm poplar side linings in one order.
MK2 L1H1 Pack Contents
9mm MK2 birch floor (2 parts, rebate, sill linings). 5mm MK2 poplar ceiling (2 parts, pre-cut to MK2 shapes). 5mm MK2 poplar side linings: cuts adapted to the new interior shapes of the MK2 body.
MK2: New Shapes, Same Material Quality
The materials do not change between MK1 and MK2 — 9mm birch for the floor, 5mm poplar for the ceiling and walls. It's the cut that changes, recalculated to the MK2 template for a perfect fit.
Options
Raw or oiled finish. 1 or 2-sided sliding door. Tailgate or double doors. 20mm extruded polystyrene option.
Technical Questions
How to confirm my vehicle is an MK2? The MK2 (NRN) is marketed from the 2024 model year, with a renewed exterior design. The generation is indicated on the vehicle's documents.
Is this pack compatible with the L2H1 MK2? No — L1H1 and L2H1 have different templates, even in MK2.
