Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

FTC MK1 L2H1 Crew Cab Pack: The Lined Separation Area
The Transit Custom MK1 L2H1 crew cab has a transition area between the cabin and the cargo space. This pack groups the three elements needed to line this area in one order: 9 mm birch floor, 5 mm poplar ceiling, and 5 mm poplar side linings — all cut to the MK1 L2H1 cabin template.
MK1 Crew Cab Pack Contents
9 mm birch cab floor (rebate, sill liners). 5 mm poplar cab ceiling (pre-cut to fit the FTC MK1 cab configuration). 5 mm poplar cab side linings (specific cuts for the MK1 cab area pillars).
Insulation Option for the Cab Area
20 mm extruded polystyrene is recommended for uses where the cab area serves as a workspace or living area: it insulates the floor from the cold underbody and improves the thermal comfort of this area.
Technical Questions
Is this pack compatible with the MK2 cab? No — the MK1 and MK2 cab templates are different.
Can this pack be combined with the MK1 L2H1 cargo pack? Yes — the two packs cover distinct areas and are complementary for a complete vehicle lining.
