Complete interior lining pack for Ford Transit Custom L2H1 MK2: 9 mm birch floor, 5 mm poplar ceiling, and 5 mm poplar side linings in one order. Fully configurable: finish, side doors, rear opening, and insulation option.
Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

FTC L2H1 MK2 Pack: The Next-Generation Long Format
The Transit Custom MK2 in L2H1 format combines the long cargo space and the new interior architecture of the MK2. This pack is custom-cut for the specific MK2 L2H1 template – it is incompatible with the MK1 L2H1. It includes a 9 mm birch floor, a 5 mm poplar ceiling, and 5 mm poplar side panels.
Contents of the MK2 L2H1 Pack
9 mm birch floor MK2 L2H1 (2 parts, rabbet, sill liners). 5 mm poplar ceiling MK2 L2H1 (2 parts, pre-cut to MK2 shapes). 5 mm poplar side panels MK2 L2H1: all panels re-calibrated for the MK2.
The MK2 Difference in the Long Format
The interior body modifications of the MK2 are particularly visible on the L2H1 format, where the total wall surface is larger. The MK2 pack incorporates these new shapes into each panel for a precise fit without on-site cutting.
Options
Raw or oiled finish. 1 or 2-sided sliding door. Tailgate or double door. 20 mm extruded polystyrene option.
Technical Questions
Is this pack compatible with the MK1 L2H1? No – different templates between MK1 and MK2, even for L2H1.
Is this pack compatible with the L1H1 MK2? No – two different lengths, two distinct packs.
