Maintenance

Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

Jumpy XL K0 Cabin Pack: The Complete Living Area

The Jumpy XL K0 crew cab offers a distinct living space between the passenger compartment and the cargo area. This pack combines the three elements to furnish this area in one order: 9 mm birch floor, 5 mm poplar ceiling, and side linings—all sized for the K0 cabin.

K0 Cabin Pack Contents

9 mm birch cabin floor (rebate, sill liners). 5 mm poplar cabin ceiling (2 parts with specific cabin pre-cuts) + 8 x 15 mm birch squares for K0 angular fixing. 5 mm poplar cabin side linings.

Cabin Insulation Option

20 mm extruded polystyrene under the cabin floor is highly recommended for van life or camper van use: the living area fully benefits from this thermal insulation, especially in winter.

K0 Cabin Compatibility

Compatible with crew cab versions of Peugeot Expert 3, Toyota Proace, Opel Vivaro 3, and Fiat Scudo (K0 platform).

Technical Questions

Does this pack include cargo lining? No—this pack is dedicated to the cabin area. The Jumpy XL K0 cargo pack is a separate product.

Are the 8 birch squares included in this cabin pack? Yes—the K0 ceiling, even in the cabin version, requires the 8 squares for angular fixing.
