Full interior lining pack for Renault Trafic 3 L1H1: 9 mm birch floor, 5 mm poplar ceiling, and 5 mm poplar side linings in one order. Fully configurable: finish, side doors, rear opening, and insulation option.
Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

Trafic 3 L1H1 Pack: Complete Lining in One Order
Fitting out a Trafic 3 L1H1 involves three distinct elements: floor, ceiling, and side panels. The complete pack brings these three components together in a single order, cut to the exact template of the Trafic 3 L1H1. One single order, one delivery, zero partial assembly.
Pack Contents
The 9mm birch floor with interlocking rebate and threshold linings. The 5mm poplar ceiling (2 parts) with engraved pre-cuts for ceiling light, bulkhead, and cable passages. The 5mm poplar side linings (left, right, and rear panels). Everything is cut to the Trafic 3 L1H1 template.
Available Options
Raw or oiled finish on ceiling and linings. 1 or 2-sided sliding door on the linings. Tailgate or double rear door. Optional 20mm extruded polystyrene insulation under the floor (total thickness 30mm).
Recommended Installation Order
Insulation (if option), floor first for a stable base, then ceiling, finally side linings. This sequence allows each element to be adjusted without disassembly.
Technical Questions
Can elements be ordered separately after purchasing the pack? Yes — all three products are available individually for future replacements or additions.
Does the pack include fixings? No — screws, rivets, and clips are to be provided according to your configuration.
