Full interior lining pack for Volkswagen Transporter T5/T6 L2H1: 9 mm birch floor, 5 mm poplar ceiling, and 5 mm poplar side linings in one order. Fully configurable: finish, side doors, rear opening, and insulation option.
Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

VW T5/T6 L2H1 Pack: The Fully Lined Long Version
The L2H1 version of the Transporter T5/T6 is popular for campervan or workshop van projects thanks to its long wheelbase. This pack provides the three components of the interior lining for the L2H1 format: birch floor, poplar ceiling, and poplar side panels — in a single order.
L2H1 Pack Contents
9 mm L2H1 birch floor (2 parts, rebate, sill liners). 5 mm L2H1 poplar ceiling (2 parts with pre-cuts). 5 mm L2H1 poplar side panels: front upper, front lower, rear on both sides, and rear door area.
Campervan Conversion on T5/T6 L2H1
The length of the L2H1 allows for the installation of a fixed bed, either perpendicular or longitudinal, without encroaching on the kitchen space. The wood pack creates the foundation for this conversion: load-bearing floor, insulated ceiling, and mounting panels for all modules.

Raw or oiled finish. 1 or 2 side doors. Tailgate or double door. 20 mm extruded polystyrene option.
Technical Questions
Is this pack compatible with the L1H1? No — the L1H1 and L2H1 formats differ. Two distinct packs depending on the version.
Can the poplar ceiling receive sheep's wool before installation? Yes — installing insulation on the upper side of the poplar ceiling before installation improves thermal and acoustic insulation.
