Custom ceiling for Citroën Jumpy XL (L3H1), cut from 5 mm poplar plywood. 2 parts with pre-cut grooves on the back + 8 15 mm birch squares included for corner fastening. Raw or oiled finish.
Compatible with Peugeot Expert 3, Toyota Proace, Opel Vivaro 3, Fiat Scudo.
Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

A long-format ceiling, on K0 template
The Citroën Jumpy XL (L3H1) is the long version of the K0 platform — the one that offers the most interior volume for a converted van or delivery utility vehicle. This ceiling is CNC-cut in our Breton workshop to the exact dimensions of the Jumpy XL, with engraved pre-cuts on the back (ceiling light, cable duct, bulkhead).
The 8 birch squares
As on all K0 platforms, the Jumpy XL roof has corner areas without direct reinforcement. The 8 supplied 15 mm birch plywood squares (10×10 cm) allow the creation of solid support points in these corners for the ceiling screws.
Installation on the long version
On the Jumpy XL, the increased length of the ceiling requires attention to the central sag: be sure to screw into each accessible transverse rib to avoid any deformation in the center. With insulation, the rock wool + poplar ceiling combination gives excellent thermal results and a significant reduction in roof noise.
Finish and maintenance
Raw: to be treated before or after installation (paint, oil, fabric). Oiled: natural oil EN 71-3, can be installed directly. The oiled poplar can be re-impregnated with any natural oil if needed after a few years.

Compatible with Peugeot Expert 3 Long, Toyota Proace Long, Opel Vivaro 3 Long, Fiat Scudo Long.
Technical questions
What is the difference between the Jumpy M and Jumpy XL templates? Only the length of the panels — the side profile of the roof is identical. The birch squares are the same.
Can the ceiling be ordered in two different lengths? No, each product corresponds to a single length version (M or XL). Check the length of your vehicle before ordering.
