A headliner designed for the crew cab

The Renault Trafic III L2H1 crew cab creates a distinct interior area, separated from the cargo area by a bulkhead. This headliner is specifically cut for this configuration: it takes into account the bulkhead, the door pillars of the cab area, and the cable passages specific to this section.

Material: 5 mm poplar plywood

5 mm poplar offers lightness and flexibility — ideal for an area where the curves of the roof may be more pronounced than at the rear of the van. It cuts easily to adapt to the specifics of your installation (bulkhead fastening, cable routing, integration of a ceiling light).

Installation in the cab area

Insulate the roof of the cab area first. The bodywork reinforcements in this area are accessible in the same way as in the van — screw with self-drilling screws 3.5×25 mm. The presence of the bulkhead generally requires a finishing profile (aluminum or wood trim) at the junction to hide the joint between the headliner and the bulkhead.

Additional fittings

This headliner only covers the cab area. Side linings, the crew cab floor, and the complete cab pack are available separately to complete the fitting out of this area. If you are also fitting out the cargo area, a standard van headliner is available for the Trafic III L2H1.

Compatibility

Compatible with crew cab versions of Fiat Talento, Opel Vivaro B/C, and Nissan NV300 (same platform, same cab dimensions).
