Deep Cab K0: A Custom Cut

The Citroën Jumpy XL in deep cab version features an extended cab area, delimited by a partition wall. This ceiling is specifically cut for this configuration, taking into account the partition, the pillars of the cab area, and its own cable passages.

The 8 Birch Squares

Included with this ceiling, the 8 birch plywood squares (15 mm, 10x10 cm) compensate for the absence of direct bodywork reinforcements in the corners of the K0 roof. They are placed between the panel and the sheet metal to create reliable support points.

Installation in the Cab Area

The same technique as for other K0 ceilings: insulate the cab roof first, then position the birch squares in the corners, then screw the panels into the ribs and the squares. The presence of the partition requires a finishing profile (trim strip or aluminum profile) at the ceiling-partition junction.

Additional Fit-out

This ceiling covers the cab area only. The K0 cab floor, K0 cab side linings, and the complete K0 cab pack are available separately to complete the fit-out.

Compatible with deep cab versions of the K0 platform: Peugeot Expert 3, Toyota Proace, Opel Vivaro 3, Fiat Scudo.

Technical Questions

How is the partition handled in the cut? The ceiling stops precisely at the manufacturer's partition. A U-shaped finishing profile neatly conceals the junction.

Is this ceiling compatible with a custom partition? If the custom partition follows the same dimensions as the manufacturer's partition, yes. Otherwise, a custom cut will be necessary.
