Ford Transit Custom L1H1 MK2 Floor – 9mm Birch Plywood
Custom floor for Ford Transit Custom L1H1 MK2, made of 9 mm birch plywood. 2 parts with interlocking rebate. Sill liners included. Option: 20 mm extruded polystyrene insulation (total thickness 30 mm).
Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

Transit Custom MK2 (NRN): updated template
The Ford Transit Custom MK2 (from 2023 onwards) has underbody differences compared to the MK1. This floor is cut to the MK2 L1H1 template – not to be interchanged with the MK1, whose floor profile differs.
9 mm Birch for MK2
Same material, same technique as for other Exokit floors: 9 mm birch with a rabbet joint at the two-part junction, including sill liners. The robustness of birch is particularly suitable for the Transit Custom MK2, often used as a delivery van or for professional conversions.
Extruded polystyrene option
20 mm XPS is available as an option for thermal insulation of the underbody. Resistant to compression and humidity, it is perfectly suited to the usage conditions of a work van.
Technical questions
Is this floor compatible with the MK1? No – the templates are different. Check your vehicle's year before ordering.
How do I identify my Transit Custom MK2? The MK2 (NRN) has been produced since model year 2024. It is visually distinguished by a refreshed exterior design (grille, headlights).
