Custom floor for Ford Transit Custom L2H1 MK2 crew cab version, in 9 mm birch plywood. 2 parts with interlocking rebate. Sill liners included. 20 mm extruded polystyrene insulation option.
Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

MK2 Crew Cab: New Template, Same Requirements
The Transit Custom MK2 L2H1 crew cab version has a reconfigured underbody compared to the MK1. This floor is cut to the MK2 crew cab template – not to be confused with the MK1 crew cab or the standard MK2 cargo. One template per version, for a precise cut.
9mm Birch and Rebate
Two panels with interlocking rebate: a flat and continuous surface throughout the cabin area. The included sill linings neatly finish the access points. The raw birch surface accepts paint, varnish, oil, or any adhesive or clip-on flooring.
Extruded Polystyrene Option
20mm XPS under the birch improves the thermal insulation of the living area. Total thickness 30mm. Recommended for van life conversions or cabins used as heated workspaces.
Technical Questions
Is this floor interchangeable with the MK1 crew cab? No – MK1 and MK2 templates are different even for the crew cab version.
How to identify an MK2 crew cab? The crew cab (double cab or large cabs) is recognizable by its rear seat row integrated into the passenger compartment, separated from the cargo compartment by a bulkhead.
