9 mm birch plywood on the K0 platform

The Citroën Jumpy M (L2H1) shares its K0 platform with the Peugeot Expert 3, the Toyota Proace, the Opel Vivaro 3, and the Fiat Scudo. This floor is cut to the K0 template in the M version, using 9 mm birch plywood — the most suitable material for the constraints of a van floor (resistance, low susceptibility to humidity, rigidity under load).

Interlocking rebate joint

The joint between the two panels is machined with a rebate: a precise, interlocking fit, with no visible gap, and no accumulation of dust or dirt between the two parts. This results in a significantly superior finish compared to a simple butt joint.

Threshold covers

Included in the order, they conceal the thickness of the floor visible from the outside at the doors — particularly appreciated on vans where the underbody is visible at ground level.

20 mm extruded polystyrene option

The 20 mm XPS under the K0 floor provides significant thermal insulation: the metallic underbody of this type of van easily transmits cold in winter. XPS is compression-resistant (density 30-35 kg/m³) and impervious to humidity — it does not degrade over time under the floor.

K0 Compatibility

This floor is compatible with the Peugeot Expert 3, the Toyota Proace, the Opel Vivaro 3, and the Fiat Scudo in M version (equivalent length).

Can floating laminate flooring be laid directly on this floor? Yes — clip-on planks (SPC, LVT) can be installed directly on the flat birch surface.

What is the maximum supported load? Well-supported 9 mm birch plywood easily supports over 200 kg/m² — well beyond the usual needs of a van conversion.
