The long K0 floor

The Citroën Jumpy XL (L3H1) is the long version of the K0 platform — the one that offers the most volume for a converted van or an equipped utility vehicle. This floor is cut to the exact dimensions of the Jumpy XL from 9 mm birch — dense, resistant, and not very sensitive to humidity.

Rebate and invisible joint

On the long version, the interlocking rebate at the junction of the two panels is particularly useful: the total length of the floor makes the central joint more visible if poorly executed. The machined rebate guarantees precise interlocking and a perfectly flat surface.

Sill liners

Included with every order — essential on the XL version to neatly conceal the visible thickness at the two side doors and the rear doors.

Extruded polystyrene option

On the XL version with a large living space, thermal insulation of the floor is a real plus. The 20 mm XPS slides easily under the birch floor before installation. Compression-resistant, it does not deform under the weight of furniture or heavy equipment.

Compatible with Peugeot Expert 3 Long, Toyota Proace Long, Opel Vivaro 3 Long, Fiat Scudo Long.

Technical questions

Is the rebate visible under the floor covering? No — once covered (PVC, linoleum, parquet), the joint is completely invisible. Even without covering, the machined rebate gives a clean result.

Is an intermediate support needed under the floor? The 9 mm birch is rigid enough not to require an intermediate slat or flashing on a flat subfloor.
