Custom floor for Renault Trafic III L2H1, in 9 mm birch plywood. 2 parts with rebate joint. Sill linings included. Option: 20 mm extruded polystyrene insulation (total thickness 30 mm).
Compatible with Fiat Talento, Opel Vivaro B/C, Nissan NV300.
Our current lead times are 4 to 5 weeks for raw or oiled plywood furniture.
- Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
- Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
- Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

9mm Birch Plywood: The Solid Foundation for Your Conversion
9mm birch plywood is the essential material for converted van floors. Dense, impact-resistant, and minimally susceptible to moisture, it effortlessly supports the weight of fixed furniture, water tanks, and occupants. On the L2H1 version of the Trafic III, the floor surface is larger — the birch maintains its rigidity along the entire length without deformation.
Rebate System
The joint between the two panels uses a machined rebate: a precise fit, with no visible seam and no gaps for dust. This artisanal system provides a significantly superior finish compared to a simple butt joint between two panels.
Threshold Liners Included
Threshold liners are the small pieces that conceal the 9mm thickness visible from the outside at the thresholds. Included with every order, they neatly finish the installation without additional work.
Extruded Polystyrene Option
20mm of XPS under the floor = thermal insulation for the underbody without compromising rigidity. XPS is the only suitable insulation under the floor: it does not compress under load, unlike rock wool or soft foam. Total thickness: 30mm.

Same template as the Fiat Talento, Opel Vivaro B/C, and Nissan NV300 — L2H1 versions.
Technical Questions
Can clip-on vinyl flooring be laid directly on the birch? Yes — clip-on planks (SPC, LVT) can be installed directly on a flat, rigid surface like birch.
What is the delay between laying the floor and fixing the furniture? None — the floor is stable as soon as it's laid; no drying is necessary.
