Maintenance

Raw plywood: must be protected (sanded, varnished, painted, oiled, or other)
Oiled plywood: can be cleaned with the soft side of a sponge. Oil can be reapplied to splinters. Does not require regular maintenance.
Laminated plywood: same as usual kitchen furniture (sponge)

A floor designed for the cabin area

This floor only covers the crew cab area of the Renault Trafic III L2H1. The cut-out takes into account the specific configuration of this area: cable passages, underbody shapes specific to the cabin, precise dimensions.

9 mm Birch plywood

9 mm birch plywood is as suitable for the cabin area as it is for the cargo area: resistant, not very sensitive to humidity, capable of supporting fixed furniture (bench, storage). In the cabin area, the surface is more restricted than in the van area — the panels are more manageable and easier to install alone.

Rebate and sill liners

The two parts interlock with a rebate for a seamless finish. The included sill liners conceal the thickness visible from the outside — particularly noticeable at the side door of the cabin area.

Extruded polystyrene option

The 20 mm extruded polystyrene under the cabin floor provides significant thermal comfort in the area where occupants spend the most time sitting. Total thickness: 30 mm.
